Metathesis of quantity: the work must remain in the studio while the sketch is exhibited (byproducts?).
The work is an object that is too hard, too round, in order to be exhibited, but it remains important as an area of research and as a matrix.
The sketch, more weightless or rapid, is better adapted to exchange, and it escapes consummation due to the matrix of which it is invisibly inseparable.
